Pressure Cooking Times

A list of items cooked in my pressure cooker and approx how long they took. For my reference.

– Beef Ribs: On a rack with water under them, 35 mins. – HIGH

– Beef goulash (chuck large diced): 30 mins in sauce. – HIGH

– Lamb or Pork Shoulder – Whole: 45 – 60 mins – HIGH (Under 1kg try 45 mins, above go higher, 1.8kg at 60 mins was great.)

– Risotto – 7 mins – HIGH

– Eggs in shell – 3 mins on LOW was just under for my liking, try 4 mins next time. details here:

– Pork Belly – In braising liquid (For making the sauce) – 40 mins on HIGH, leave to cool in the liquid then pan fry to warm up.
