SPICE MIX
- 40 grams Butter
 - 2 Tablespoons Oil
 - 1 Tablespoon Chilli Powder
 - 1/2 Tablespoon Light Brown Sugar
 - 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
 - 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
 - 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
 - 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Pepper
 - 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
 
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a pan over a medium heat.
 - Cook until butter has melted and mixutre has combined.
 - Keep warm until chicken is ready
 - Spoon over both sides of the chicken at the end to serve
