Serve with berry coulis, spiced shortbread sand and fresh berries. Makes 6 X 125 – 150 gram serves
INGREDIENTS
- 200mls milk
 - 600mls thickened cream
 - 120 grams caster sugar
 - 2 vanilla beans split and seeds scraped out into the pot (or 3 teaspoons of vanilla extract)
 - 1 tablespoon water
 - 2 teaspoons gelatine
 
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients, except water and gelatine, in a saucepan over medium heat until warm.
 - Warm water and sprinkle gelatine over the top, stir until dissolved.
 - Combine mixtures together and pour into moulds. 125mls each.
 - Set in fridge for 4-6 hours.
 - Turn out and serve.
