INGREDIENTS
- kipfler potatoes sliced – boiled until tender
 - chorizo – sliced
 - jar pesto
 - olive oil
 
DIRECTIONS
- Fry the chorizo slices in a little oil, set aside
 - Fry the boiled potatoes in a little more oil so it shallow fries and becomes crispy.
 - Drain the oil away and put the chorizo back with the potatoes.
 - Place some pesto in with the potatoes & chorzio and warm through.
